“49个收入较高的国家已经接种3900多万剂疫苗，而贫穷国家一共只接种了25剂疫苗。”当地时间1月18日，WHO总干事谭德塞表示，不论就字面还是象征意义看，疫苗对所有人都是一剂强心针。“但现在，我们面临的真正危机是，即便疫苗给某些人带来希望，却也在世界上有疫苗和还没有疫苗的国家间，为不平等的高墙添了一块砖。”
